The beautiful thing about a trailer boat is that you have no restrictions on where you use it.  Running to the lake for a quick sail on a breezy afternoon is nice, but setting a course out into the open waters of a bay or sound, or even the ocean, opens a whole new world of wonder and excitement.  Once you venture out from the protected, predictable waters of your local lake, you learn very quickly of what you and your boat are made.  And you can never go back again!
